Magazines: Good in Theory, Bad in Practice. The learn as you do it a great way to reward people's particular playstyle and I have no qualms with the idea that you can bolster your knowledge by reading, as well as doing. However, having your ability to craft tied to magazines, in an effort to slow down progress, TFP has forgotten one critical thing. How people play. This system punishes miners and base builders, while incentivizes run and gun loot'em all style. All the while, the looters and shooters will far out strip any need to get crafting magazines because they will be T6 steel/military/weapons long before they can even craft a T2 bow, negating the need for the ability to craft, other than ammo for guns and robotics. Pretty much all you need to find can and is found in loot crates, and quest reward clears. and having both books AND magazines is confusing and frustrating. And don't get me STARTED on the stealth issue.

Hey Sam Just wondering how your filter sinks work? I tried to put it in my house and the water thing is blue when I open it the first time (right after installing it) and then red after that. Do they need to be opened to the sky like Dew collectors? Or is the mod bugged on my friend's server.

I have noticed that recently, cop spit goes through objects that it once didn't. I put up tiny bar around openings in my base just to block cop spit but I keep getting reamed with spit when I didn't before. Yes, I know that if there is an opening, they can go through it or attack through it, but this used to stop cop spit. Now they just do as they please.

Then you got a T5 infestation clear. Which always drops you down 1 difficulty point. So a T5 infestaTION CLEear will take you to a T4 location.

Hey Sam. I've downloaded your SS stack tweaks, and I love it. Not too OP, but is relatively a good halfway medium However...I just opened a stack can of gas and it only gave me 5000 gas, when default in game is 10000.

So the capstone to the mining books was changed from: 20% chance to one shot ore to: 20% more resources from mining It was just perfect before! Mining was fun and relaxing and several hits of dopamine when you one shot an ore. Now this is long, boring and a frustrating grind with all the fun that screamers provide.

I am glad I am not the only one who feels this is an issue.
