how many faces can my 3d model have without slowing down the game ?

The model looks great. Assuming your poly faces are based on triangles, this would mean 21000 tris, which is high for a single, non-entity object. 7 Days would handle it fine as there would generally only be a single instance being rendered at once, but I suggest you strive to keep it much lower than this. Similar models are available that all range from 2k to 3k tris

Also, you can make LOD versions, so that the entire thing isn't loaded when it's far away. Every little bit helps.

 

...my orc houses are killing me (I have a lot of skull shapes, each with hi tris), so I'm looking into this very thing myself.
