It takes time, you have to consume either a honey poultice or herbal antibiotic or regular antibiotic, the more infected you are the longer it takes to cure. If you sleep on any bed, or bedroll while you have antibiotics in your system it will speed up recovery rate. Chairs and couches dont count.
