Posted July 11, 2023 Share Posted July 11, 2023 Game Problem: When pressing play on Steam the EAC will show up all okay and it will show the loading bar, after it will cut to the actual game launcher but when it does this, all I see is at first just the custom 7d2d mouse replacing my mouse but the window for the game will be transparent so I can still see my desktop, if I click my mouse the games launcher screen will go black then close after a few seconds. Troubleshooting(Everything i've tried so far): >Verifying game files (Caused a separate issue and told me to view launcher log after launching) >Restarting PC (Did nothing) >Updating and reverting drivers for graphics card (Did nothing) >Doing a complete uninstall of the game by deleting all files manually from my local, roaming, etc it was completely scrubbed from my pc (Did nothing) >Clearing game data from launcher (Did nothing) >Using the different renderer options from the launcher (Did nothing) >Using exclusive fullscreen from the launcher (Did nothing) >Disabling EAC and gamesparks (Did nothing) >Reinstalling EAC (Did nothing) >Forcing the game to run on Dx10 through launch options (Did nothing) >Running windows compatibility patch 8,7 and forcing to run on administrator and disable fullscreen optimization through properties of 7d2d launcher, the game itself and the EAC (Did @%$#ing nothing) >Reinstalled Steam (Did @%$#ing nothing) Please somebody help me I have done everything off the top of my head, looked online for troubleshooting, I cannot use the product I have paid full price for and have had for years.
