Can't walk in to Trader during hours

I've been playing A20 experimental. I just downloaded the update that came out today. I tried walking into the wasteland trader to turn in a quest but it keeps teleporting me as if it were outside of business hours, but it's past 9AM, the doors are open, and the open sign is on. 

 

I tried inserting picture, but it doesn't let me for some reason.

I'm having the same issue. I posted it in A20 bug reports.

I got the same issue, in my case its trader Rekt, when I come to the front of the trader it teleports me as you said but I can access him from back entrance (because he has 2 gates). What is more interesting, it happen only to one of my traders (there  is also another trader Rekt but he is fine). I play on new Pregen 6k map, broken trader rekt is located in snow biome

Same problem as OP.  Playing on pregen6k.

 

After updating to the newest patch,  the Wasteland trader is perma open and teleports me during business hours.  Went in admin mode to turn in a completed quest and get another, and noticed that the trader now only offers buried supplied quests.   I reset the quests but he still only offers buried supplies.  It's t3 if it matters.  Checked a couple days in a row to see if it would fix itself but no dice.

 

Checked all the other traders and they were fine.

If you didn’t start a new game when the update dropped…that may be the reason. The developers said that you may run into issues if try to use the same save after experimental updates.

It's a new game when Alpha 20 experimental came out. The issue happened after they updated experimental. My map is also the 6K pregen. I have 2 broken traders, the southern Wasteland one, and the snow. Hopefully it's fixed with A20 stable. Haven't tried it yet.
