Sikuri
Hello, I have been trying to start a dedicated server for A19. When I have SteamNetworking disabled, 7DTD shows ‘connection timed out’. When I remove SteamNetworking, i.e enable it, then 7DTD goes through the connection process, but after initialising the world, the server cuts connection. (Could be Steam itself). I didn’t have this issue in A18.4, and didnt have to enable SteamNetworking. I have Ports Forwarded correctly, and could use my No-IP address and External IP to connect. Any help would be great! I will post a log here shortly. GotinDrachenhart
Having the same issue. Ran great up until just today (8/2/2020), and now I can connect...but after a few minutes I get disconnected and when I pull up F1 it says the connection timed out. My wife however, who sits right beside me, is still connected and playing just fine. Also, I never had this issue in any previous alpha.
Beelzybub
@SikuriWhat happens if you connect using the loopback address? 127.0.0.

Lots of people seem to be missing the UDP ports above 26900, i.e. 26901 and 26902 at least. I even seem to remember there were 3 ports needed above, just in case open 5 above and be on the safe side 😉
Beelzybub
@SikuriYou're running the server and client on the same machine. That's why I suggested trying the loopback address as a test. It eliminates the variable of whether or not you have your port forwarding setup correctly.
