pyrofool
I keep trying to teleport and I'm having issues. When you use lp you get something like this pos=(1782.9, 69.0, -651.1). Does this map to x, y,z for the teleport command? I would thing that x = 1782.9, y = -651.1 and z = 69.0 but every time I try I end up glitched. IOnVash
So wait how do you get the dedicated server? I used steamCMD to install it. Nvm after about 15 minutes of googling i found the code thing to install the new dedicated server. JoSchaap
Alloc, could you by any chance allow for the loading of additional XML files in the data/config folder? I'm getting a wee bit done with steam replacing my heavily modded recipe, entitie, materials and other xml files with stock ones it would be nice if the server also looked for (and incase existing loads) *-addon.xml so we can put our custom recipes and/or prefabs in recipies-addon.xml / prefabs-addon.xml without risking a hotfix overwriting them

It seems a lot of this sort of game lately have been using Y as the vertical axis. Ordinarily (in math at least), Y is the vertical axis IN 2 DIMENSIONS. Z is the vertical axis is 3d things, unless it's deliberately changed and stated as such. So the natural assumption is that the small number (the 69, aka the ground, aka up and down) would be the Z axis, or vertical axis. It's not. It's weird, and I've no idea why it works that way, but that's how it works. In this game and Minecraft, Y is actually the vertical number - something to know. I'm trying your server fixes Alloc - I want to be able to teleport without breaking my leg lol. -Sevi
Alloc
Especially in games Y is quite often the vertical axis Despite that at least in my school and university I saw Y used as vertical too most of the time.

Sevidra
(and they were a LOT easier to install than I thought they would be. Alloc, the instructions are a touch confusing - was afraid I'd have to do all that decompiling stuff, but things are working fine just by dropping the files in where they're supposed to be! Thank you for making it so easy, and for making it - period. Works fine for me. ) -Sevi - - - Updated - - - Especially in games Y is quite often the vertical axis Despite that at least in my school and university I saw Y used as vertical too most of the time. That's so weird. I wonder if someone was being non-traditional, or if it's a country-by-country thing? My schools, CAD programs, etc... everything I've used defaults to Z being the vert. if it's 3d, and Y being that if it's a plane. It took some getting used to, to see 'minecraft coordinates' as normal - and seeing them here, I'm still thinking of them as 'minecraft coordinates' lol. -Sevi
three08
I'm having problems getting the mapping to work. My control panel port is 9420 and I'm using http://27.xx.xx.15:9422 to connect to the maps, all I get is This page can’t be displayed.... I've added the files to webserver but it made no difference. I don't know if this is part of the problem, but no matter what I do I can't get allocs fixes to show a version number in the SM, I have installed them several times, always keep them up to date and they work fine, all the other server manager features that use allocs fixes work fine too, but no maps.... I tried contacting my host to make sure the port was open and there response was "We do not block any ports."

three08
It doesn't appear to be in the connection_log_25330.txt on my servers log folder, there's another log in the control panel but I was watching that stream as I tested just a minute ago and I don't think it logged anything, I guess that means I've missed something. Do I have to give it a start command after copying the webserver folder? I have the folder in the same folder as the serveradmin file. It's a rented server from purepings. Alloc
First of all I would recommend updating to 10.3b12 (if you updated the game from Steam already don't forget to update the fixes-DLLs). Re web: 2014-12-17T12:23:31 7.056 Webserver not started (folder "webserver" not found in game folder) You put it in the wrong folder, judging from your previous post probably the SaveGameDir. You have to put the "webserver" folder next to where the game executable is.
