  1. Thank you for reporting. It looks like your player data on that server is corrupted. The easiest way to fix the issue will be to have your files on the server deleted (.TTP .MAP .TTP.BAK). This will set your reset your character on the server, so you will be back to being level 1, but you should be able to join again.
  2. Thank you for reporting, and you are right, this is an issue that needs to be fixed. In order to fix the issue, we will need to be able to reproduce it. I can not write a ticket unless I have the necessary information to write in it. Can you give us some information, an output log, and steps to reproduce the issue? The pinned post will tell what information we will need from you.
  3. Nice! Have fun. I'll move this over to the fixed category.

  5. Please read the pinned post on how to write bug reports. We will be needing your output log posted in pastebin.

  7. It looks like you have some corrupted data, and there is a need to clean it up. Be careful, because doing this will delete all your save data as well. Backup any games you wish to save from Appdata and put them somewhere else, like on your desktop. After backing up any important save games : Navigate to your main game installation folder Open the launcher executable Click Tools, Clean game data, make sure ALL of the boxes are checked as in this picture: Here is a video if you prefer a visual walkthrough (it does cover a bit more). After that, verify the file integrity TWICE through Steam to ensure it catches any invalid files (sometimes it doesn't do it right on the first try). Three times to be sure.

  9. I am not able to reproduce this issue. I am able to open player profile option without getting any error and am able to create new player profiles. Please give me a bit more information to help me reproduce the issue. 1 - Have you ever been able to create a player profile in other versions of the game? Have you ever been able to play the game? 2 - If you have been able to create a player profile before, what was the reason for trying to create a new one? 3 - You said that you get errors when joining a game, were you able to play in that game before?

  11. Thank you. I'm looking into it now. What name did you use for your character?

  13. Thank you for the log. I was wondering, you said that you deleted your player profile. Did you use the game launcher tool to do that?

  15. Drone and vehicle positions save at a different timing from the player, so it makes sense that the drone seemed to have disappeared. Only the player position rolled back, and the map and compass icon saved on the player was different from where the drone actually was at. Anyway, it looks like it's all good now in A20.5 b2? The last drone may come back to you too if you go near the spot you lost her at.

  17. Have you deleted all your files on the server? The .TTP, the .MAP, and the .TTP.BAK? Please try deleting all those and try connecting. Once you are able to log in again, you could turn on creative mode, and get all the items you lost from there. For the xp you lost, you can turn on debug mode and use the command 'giveselfxp xxxxxx' (xp amount in the xxxxxx).

  19. Yes, the player position rolling back is one of the issues that the drone bug was the cause of. If you are still able to log in, try deleting the server's drone dat file. This will delete all drone data on the server, but it should fix issues caused by them.

  21. I'm sorry you had to experience this issue. There is a bug with the drone causing excess data in the player data .ttp file on dedicated servers and mp. If you have a drone(robot) deployed, you will have many issues like the ones you mentioned. The issue is fixed in A20.5 b2 experimental. Unfortunately, it won't clean out the already corrupted files that you have in the games you started in A20.4 b42. You will have to either start a new game in A20.5 b2, or delete the 3 corrupted users files (.TTP .MAP .TTP.BAK). This will reset your character to level 1, but you will be able to continue playing on the server.

  23. Thank you for reporting. This is due to the bug with the drone causing excess data in player data .ttp file on dedicated servers, and is fixed in A20.5 b2 experimental, but since your player file has already been corrupted, updating to A20.5 b2 will not fix the issue. You will have to have the server owner delete your user files (.TTP .MAP .TTP.BAK). This will reset your character level back to 1, but you will be able to enter the server again.

  25. We will be needing more information from to to determine the issue, but it looks like your player profile is corrupted. Please read the pinned post on what information we will be needing from you. Try deleting the TTP file in your Player folder in your in your Saves, and renaming the BAK file to TTP to see if the backup is still intact. If you still have the issue, you would have to clear your player profile through the launcher by selecting the Tools tab on your game launcher. Select Clean game data, check Player profiles and Clean. This will delete all progression and reset your character, so I hope your backup is still intact.
