i have w10,I´ve downloaded from 72D2 launcher and nexusmods but it does not work
WELL .. First off .. YOU DON'T Use Nexusmods with the Launcher .. it will screw everything UP
You ONLY use what Games are all ALREADY loaded into the Launcher .. No add-ons.

Hello!, I tried to isntall the mod a lot of times but it never works. I´ve downloaded from nexxusmods and do the copy/paste directly on the steam installation folder. When the game starts (EAC disabled), the menu window works at 1FPS and there is not response from the mouse. What i am doing wrong? The version of 7DTD is 16.4(b8).[/quote/]

You mean builder's forge? I don't see a weapon forge in the cheat menu or crafting menu.

Well .. I play ALL my 7D2D games set at Survivalist to start with and I'm an Old Gamer of 72 ..... And normally leave it there for all play-thru .. So far I've only had to turn it down once since A15 and I think that was for Starvation mod ... but also I stopped playing it because it just didn't work that well for my game style.
Ravenhearst .. is a hard game at that setting .. but a lot of Fun and done well.

I am running it/installing from the launcher, not sure how to force it to try and find the new version from there.

I did see they had a normal version and a 5.2 version so I just tested the 5.2 one and got the same results. Guessing one of my settings is wrong for the setup in the mod launcher. I was using non 5.2 previously. But seem like they are both loading the same version when I try and play the mod.
I am using windows 7 so I tried running that patch/Easy fix thing and rebooted for it earlier to see if that would help as well.
If you are installing for the first time and NOT running an old save .... You want the 5.2 version of BBM and check to make sure you have the latest Update of the Launcher v 1.0.4.8
OK: JUST check pictures .. OK on launcher version and game version ..
I suggest you delete both Mods and ONLY install 5.2 BBM .... also make sure all folders related to game are cleaned of old files and saves for mod .. When deleting from the launcher it only does some of the file .. I make a practice to make sure ALL are clean ........ Also Glad to see You are running a separate drive for Games.
Wish you luck ........ I'm running Win 10 Pro on my system .. haven't used win 7 in a while .. But I do know that you do need the Patch for 7.

I for ONE of the few will say .. TAKE ALL the Time you need for v3.0 ... Do "not" rush and don't let the A-O get to you. I know it's hard .. But just do the Best you can and when it get's here .. it will get here.

I tried reinstalling the mod a bunch of times using the launcher and even the game again, and it doesn't seem to want to give me the bigger backpack?
WELL .. First off .. YOU are running an OLD version of this MOD ... It might help to Update your FILES
Current version is: V5.2.5(B116) r2.25.2018 Alpha 16.4 (b8) .... PLUS it looks that your version of 7D2D is Old also (but could not read it for sure).
And this is the Version that is on the Launcher ... Bigger Backpack mod or BBM

Ok my community have decided to use a broken mod on their server. What kind of ritual do I have to perform in order to make this mod to work? I started a new game and exited.. and then I transfered the files to the game folder. Still just get black screen when trying to start the game!
DO you have the ( USE EAC ) turned OFF _ not checked .. Because if you have it checked " that will cause a problem with Mod " .... Just a thought

For some reason, with only this mod as the BBM version, I get 0 frames at the main menu and it is unusable. Tried a fresh install too. Got a fix or idea?
COMPLETELY normal for many of the 7D2D mods ...... Its a load screen more than anything else ..... I get 0 to 60 up and down
When you have to worry .. is when you get into the Game and then it is Subject to the spec's of your computer ..... Any Modded Game should have a minimum of 16 Ram for reasonable performance.

Not using an anti virus other than windows defender. It's only the bigger back pack 5.2 mod that has an issue downloading. the others work fine.

Small update time!
- Hollow Tip item was missing icon, so one has been added. (thanks Unforgiven!)
- Ferals had loot lists improved. Also some prep work for adding in extra zombies.
- Survivors and Bandits now turn into "Human Remains."
- Melee Survivors and Bandits have slightly improved loot.
- Ranged Survivors and Bandits now have a chance to drop their weapons and ammo in loot bags!
JUST in time for .. "Horde day 7" .. in about 3hrs game time. ..

As the title says. Comes up with an error trying to download. The original war of the walkers mod DOES download and play.
Just a thought ...... I have never had a issue with BBM getting to load .. as Sphereii asked "what anti-virus are using" ?

I use Advanced System Care and I checked my firewall setting and all of the 7dtd versions including the mod launcher mods I have tried to play are allowed. I have GNAMod working. If I minimize the screen as soon as it starts loading a window was popping up from system care asking whether to allow it or not. I couldn't see it with the game loading screen.
I am not seeing that same window for War of the walkers though so it seems to be my computer settings somewhere. I'm not much of a software user unfortunately.
I USED ASC for years ... But about 6-7 months ago something happened with the way it works and Started causing all kinds of issues and Game problems .. Took into a computer shop and had it removed and all it's mighty threads (The way it installs into your system .. it isn't an easy uninstall like they tell you it is .. it will leave things in the computer if you are not careful ) ... NOW I have no problems with any games ....
Just a Thought you might want to think about.

It did not. Came with windows 7 as a pre-install because it's a bit older and a refurb (came out in 2013, but is MILES better than the 2011 model laptop I had). But Windows 10 really doesn't like it.
Windows 7? Running like a dream... actually faster than Win 10 too. So it's only a minor inconvenience.
I liked W7 anyways.OK KhainesGB ..........I prefer Windows 7 myself and have it on My Laptop also ... but my main Gaming system is running Win 10 pro .. just because a lot of the newer games coming out require Win 10 . .....

Alright, sorry for being quiet... I had a few issues with the new laptop.
Apparently it doesn't like Windows 10, to the point that it'd start getting laggy and unusable instantly after running a game (like 7DTD) or just after a few hours. So I spent today putting Windows 7 back on it, and now it's great!
So I can get back to working on the mod now
And I can actually run 7DTD at 60fps!Did it not come with Window 10 as a pre-install ?? Just wondering and can you send it back IF need be. ??

I'm trying to load WotW biggerbag but once it hits the loading screen the fps is stuck at 1.
I tried loading other mods and it was fine this only seems to happen to WotW.
This is just a large mod and that is normal if you talking about the pre-load screen getting into the launch window of game and also it will TAKE a while for GANE to load after hitting the "Start Game" ......... So get something to drink while waiting for game to settle into play mode.
Nothing new here ....... There are several mods that take time.

so what is the point of the launcher then? Sounds like everyone here doesnt trust it and installs sep copy's of 7daystodie for each mod.
Well ... I Will say it has ALWAYS worked for me and I run 3-5 different games at a time (loaded) and it 98% keeps all games updated.
But remember .. it only works if the modders using it keep their Info up to date as well and GitHub links.
At the moment I'm play 4 different games a day (several hours on each) and sure glad I don't have to update each one as the modder updates his game.

Another update!
Folks have asked for this... so I've done it.
Compo pack is now included in the mod! I've also included Tin's POI's from his 16.3 rwgmixer thread, so make sure you give him some love.
I did disable the a-frame houses, because... honestly... I personally don't like them. Too much free loot and the doors that don't go anywhere really irritate me.Question .. Is it included totally .. OR .. as an add-on ??
And has it already been Updated in the Mod Launcher ........... "new game = Yes or No" ...... I guessing New Game to be on the safe side.
