  1. Hey Sophung BARC looks really cool, and obvious you have put a lot of effort in it. It's a great tool. You are, sadly, correct that the Mod Launcher isn't the right place to install BARC. It'll always copy the game files over, and assume it's installing some kind of mod, rather than a Utility itself. It can enable certain in-game tools, like applying herrophl's mods to open up the in-game prefab, for example. I would love to have the ability to back up game files, and allow folder-specific saves, so that the players don't load up a Valmod save with something like True Survival SDX. Thank you for your suggestion about having a tool section, but I'm not sure if it'll be the right place for it. I'll think about it though.
  2. Thanks for the heads up. I'm working on a way to better detect these incompatibilities.
  3. Sorry for the trouble. I think A16.2 broke Valmod's UI, and it hasn't been officially fixed yet. I'll post a reply when its working again.
  4. In order to test True Survival SDX on the server, you'll need to go through the Mod Launcher. I don't think Spider has updated it to Alpha 16.2 yet, but I'm not sure. I don't think he has released the single player yet either.
  5. Thank you very much for your message. I'll make the necessary changes
  6. Sorry you are having trouble. Valmod does not touch the rwgmixer, nor does the DLL, I believe. It does sound very strange that you hit all those bad seeds. I will make a presumption that yes, when valmar is able to edit and fully support the bigger backpack, the saves should be persistent. I'll just change the config to over-write the current DLL with the new one.
  7. Life is a UI today! Added a series of Clockwork Orange Vanilla UIs, including a Diablo Theme and Watch Theme. Also included are some of his minimalistic UIs.
  8. New update. Current version is now 1.0.3.12. - Remove a needless refresh call which should improve performance for some users when loading new mods - Added in a UIs section, where I've tentatively added in: DadMod - An extremely clean HUD for a true survival experience without a HUD Guppycur Wasteland - DUST2DEATH's Wasteland UI commisisioned for Guppycur SMX - Sirilion's SMX mod These are just UI mods, and are not compatible with other overhauls or expansions yet.
  9. Sorry it wouldn't work for you. If you'd like to try again sometime, I'll help you where I can. Feel free to add my to Steam as well; same id as on here.
  10. 1) Delete your Steam's copy of 7 Days to Die completely, then re-validate 2) In the Mod Launcher, change the Destination Folder For Mods to something else.. like C:\7D2D\ 3) Choose Advanced, rather than Simple 4) Click on True Survival SDX, and Copy from ane xisting Copy 5) Play! Your Destination folder is under your Steam's copy of 7 Days to Die, and it's confusing the launcher. It's probably pretty grimey if you have a few false starts, so I'd recommend just clearing out the game completely, and re-validating.
  11. Thank you. Can you try to run the game, and send me the updated log?
  12. No, the single player instance isn't ready yet. You have to connect to the server for a working environment.
  13. Can you go to the View menu, then click on the Log File item. There should be two log files in the drop down box, one for the launcher and one for the game itself. Would you mind click on the Upload Logfile button for the mod launcher, then sending me the pastebin.com link it gives you? - - - Updated - - - Are you playing Single Player or connecting to the Server?
  14. Any time. Enjoy the mod
  15. Starting up the Launcher gave you missing files? Click on the File menu, then go to Clear -> Clear Mod History. Restart the Mod Launcher, and try to recopy the link again: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/SpiderJZMOD/7D2DModLauncher-File/master/7d2dLauncher.xml
  16. Hey Xrt. Sorry you are having trouble. Did you copy and paste Spider's URL into the Mod Launcher's "Open URL" window?
  17. Oh the mods that are coming are going to be great! There's a lot of great things coming, like Spider's True Survival, Valmar's expansion, and dwallord's War of the Walkers. It's really exciting to think about what these guys will do with A16. I don't blame people for being ansy CompoPack is nearly ready for prime time, Slaan has been working hard, and other modders are planning their own prefab packs, and with the new paint system, they'll really make an immersive experience. Bad Company is coming around, with a lot of cool things for the server-side mods by StompyNZ. The UIs are coming out great, and more will be added to the default list. With GupppyUI being compatible with other mods like Valmod and War of the Walkers, we'll have so great combinations coming out. It does take time. A16 was a huge leap forward over what A15 has, and it's a big under taking to not only update their mods to what they were for A15, but also to take advantage of the new stuff in A16. We had a long lull between A15 to A16, and I think people got so comfortable with playing modded that they may have forgotten what it's like to enjoy vanilla. Regardless, so many great mods are at the tipping point. The Mod Launcher is going to be loaded with great mods soon I appreciate all the work that the modders are doing, and the patience of their many users.
  18. Click on the link and it should open a new web page, then copy and paste that url. Your copy and forums are messing you up 😉
  19. In the Mod Launcher, click on Open URL, and copy in this link: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/SphereII/7D2DConfig/master/Alpha16/UIMods.xml There should be a new "UIs" section in the mod list.
  20. SMX is hosted on Nexus, and I can't grab a direct link to it. I made a test copy if you wanted to fiddle around with it. I won't add it to default, since I haven't talked to Sirilion about it yet. If you click on Open URL, and copy and paste this link: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/SphereII/7D2DConfig/master/Alpha16/UIMods.xml You should see the option. DAD mod probably wont' work for you yet though But soon.... Hopefully we'll get the mods all re-populated soon
  21. I gotcha. Which GUI were you particular to? You can provide a link to the forum if you have a GUI you'd like to see avialable.
  22. We are waiting for when the modders catch up to A16. I am not sure if the modders will be using their existing download links as they work on A16, or if they'll use a different one. If they use the same one, your game will break as they start tweaking things before full release. If I leave them there, people will invariably try to install the mods untop of A16, since I cannot tell what version of game is actually being used yet. Only the mods that are known to be working for A16 are appearing now. however, the older links are still available, and can be added using the "Open URL" button. Which mods were you interested in playing?
