  1. Okay, so it can take a few minutes to load up. However, if you feel it is taking longer, you can do this: 1) In the Mod Launcher, click on the View menu, then Log Files 2) select the output_log.txt from the drop down box 3) click on the Upload Log file button 4) copy and paste the pastebin.com link it gives you here.
  2. Okay great. Windows Defender isn't known to cause trouble. Which Mod were you trying? Some mods take a lot longer to start to get past the Loading screen, like Starvation, True Survival, and Ravenhearst.
  3. if User == "sinda": HideScrollBars
  4. Sorry for the trouble. Let's get you fixed up. At what point does it freeze? When you are installing a mod? Launching a game? Or does it freeze just starting itself? Any anti-virus programs being run?
  5. I'm sorry you had trouble with the launcher last time. Let me know if you want to try again, and run into problems. I'll be able to help get you sorted quickly.
  6. Sorry for the trouble! Look under the "Dawn of the Apocalypse" heading for the Revenhearst mod. Let me know if you need help with anything else.
  7. Sorry about the trouble. I fixed the config, and seems to be working. Let me know
  8. More than likely a bug in the My Mods portion where it doesn't see it as a valid link. Will get it fixed
  9. Hmm, strange. As a temporary work around, I added another entry to include SMX for you. Restart the Mod Launcher, and give it a try.
  10. 1) Click on Add new My Mods 2) Click on Add New Download link: http://chamotlabs.com/Bob/ComSenMod/ComSenMod.zip 3) Click on Add new Download link: https://github.com/Sirillion/SMX/archive/master.zip That should combine them
  11. That version information comes from the Assembly-CSharp.dll of the game, and ComSenMod doesn't touch the DLL. Can you re-verify you are running the latest stable in your steam folder?
  12. Is your steam version set at 16.4 when you installed this mod?
  13. It should work, I agree. I am not sure what steam does for the Join Game feature to work. But connecting to the IP should definitely work.
  14. If you add the 7d2dmodlauncher.exe to Steam as a Non-Steam game, you should be able to use all of Steam features. I've never really used the Join Game features though, so I'm not sure about that. The IP and Port should have worked. Are you on LAN? All firewall ports open? If you do the same with your vanilla version of steam, does it allow you to connect to the IP and port?
  15. Thank you very much. Happy thanksgiving to you as well
  16. Sorry for the trouble. Sounds like it didn't download. Would you mind running a small test? Check the "Direct Download" checkbox, and press Test Mod Sync, and see if it takes longer. If that works, press the Play button.
  17. Those are are fine. It's legacy SDX stuff, and all SDX mods have them. Nothing to worry about, despite the fact that they sound scary
  18. This one? https://7daystodie.com/forums/showthread.php?74831-POC-Proof-Of-Concept-Play-Valmod-Overhaul-with-integrated-SDX-Changes If so, there's a Dedicated version link at the bottom. If there's another one, let me know which mod it is.
  19. So you are trying to upload it to a dedicated server? The DLLs are different between server and client, which is probably why Starvation, true Survival, and Valmod SDX didn't work for you. If you installed Valmod and War of the Walkers without bigger back pack, that would make sense to me. Which did you want to try first, then I can give you instructions on that.
  20. I'm glad you are enjoying the mod launcher. The mod Launcher doesn't support server installs, as there's just too many different ways to do it. Also, each mod can have their client and server files separated a bit, in another repos, etc. Which mod were you looking for the server?
  21. If you go into the View Menu, with Starvation Mod Selected, click on the Log Files menu item. Pick the output_log.txt from the drop down, and click on the Upload Log file button. It'll give you a pastebin.com link that you can share with me.
  22. Sorry for the trouble. Are you using Simple Mode or Advanced mode in the Mod Launcher? If you go into the View Menu, with Starvation Mod Selected, click on the Log Files menu item. Pick the output_log.txt from the drop down, and click on the Upload Log file button. It'll give you a pastebin.com link that you can share with me.
  23. Look in the first link, and try the Release.zip link. Download and extract it, then run the 7d2dlauncher.exe from it. It's the same verison, but won't auto-update itself, which could be causing you the issue.
