SylenThunder
Popular ones are OBS Studio, Bandicam, FRAPS (my fav), MSI Afterburner, Nvidia ShadowPlay, or AMD ReLive. Nvidia and AMD come with bloatware, so I usually avoid them unless I'm testing something. If you're on a17e OBS is not working, and MSI likely isn't either. Have to do some testing, but my list keeps getting re-arranged.
Yoghira
MSI Afterburner worked for me. This clip was recorded with it: I used following settings: But consider it costs a little perfomance if you capture the Video with the system you are playing on. To upload the video to twitch.tv it has to be encoded in h.264. To do this and to edit the video i used the free and powerful (semi professional?) tool shotcut. It was my first and only try but worked great.
