I have more than the recommended requirements for the game. it works just fine on my wife's laptop and I bought hers and my pc at same time.. just don't understand why it will not give me a picture Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You should get a dialog that says Play 7 Days to Die Show game launcher Click the circle next to show launcher and try some of the options there. If you want more help, give more info. Making sure you have all the drivers installed and not the default microsoft drivers for graphics which doesn't actually work with anything.
