I am unable to log in.

I have an AMD Radeon RX480 on Windows 64bit.

i tried verification through steam. did not work

tried turning anti-cheat off. did not work

turned off all my firewalls, and ensured the program and applications were not being blocked by any anti-virus. did not work

tried uninstalling, with a search on my computer for anything else "7daystodie" then did a file clean up, restart and reinstall.

still did not work.

i tried multiple options within the launcher including exclusive, 32 bit, none of the launch items worked.

so i returned my launcher to default settings and decided to contact support.

there are two file links, however both have the exact same informaiton. the instructions did not say "or I completely missed it" which format you wanted them linked in.

Secondly and most importantly, my logs are way way way to long for the programs listed in the instructions.

So, I reviewed my logs and the same 6 lines repeated hundreds of times.

The green txt below is the txt that I removed most of the hundreds and left just a few to see.

this made the size reasonable for transfer.

(Filename: Line: -1)

Failed to load 'C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/7 Days To

Die/7DaysToDie_Data/Plugins/CSteamworks.dll' with error 'The specified procedure could not be found.

let me know if you have any quesitons.

and thank you tons in advance for helping me out,

Do a complete un-installation, and re-install. I would recommend backing up, and then removing your save data as well.

I did all of that, it still did not work.

when I went to bed frustrated, my boyfriend played around with it and found a tip that worked on redit.

when I un-installed the game it did not remove the windows registry.

he deleted that, and then re-installed again.

this is what worked.

Sorry that's a step I would consider default with a complete un-install. Just removing it from your library is rarely enough.
