"Predator" Flexible armor suggestion

Recommended Posts

Playing in my normal hunter/killer mode I realized there is one armor set/type missing.

The Predator: The head would be a camo chameleon bandana and matching skull scarf,

It changes color to blend into the biome entered. Basically using the biome color scheme.

Chest is a mild chameleon camo ghillie.

The hands are fingerless gloves, when using an empty slot for hands it has two blades,

normal strike punches inflicting bleed.

Strong punch does a horizontal slash, multiple strong does slash in both directions.

Multiple light punch on fourth connection does upper cut.

The feet have chameleon camo, Tall bikerstyle boots made of carbon fibre. The predator

depends on his/her senses to find prey and to survive. They are hyper aware of their environment.

Each piece successively lowers light reflection thus stealth or shortening stealth distance.

The complete outfit, gives extended tracking distance, when in crouch position has sound/pressure

wave reflection for enemies and prey. Sleeper sense sound also gives a directional wave. When in

subdued light it give an enhanced sight, based on gradient gray to white color.

It is the one flexible outfit that can benefit from all of the attributes. It is light armor. This one would

be designed for those that don't spec heavy into any one attribute.

Some camo variations based on biome would be cool. Woodland, Snow, Urban, Desert, Naval, and so on... each one of them might be implemented on every existing armor set...

I just had a ridiculously crazy and wild idea. If two invisible cameras are applied on the chest, and the back.

When you are crouched in stealth mode, the material could shift to an lod version that is the same material as

the screens for xyth's CCD mod from A19. Then the cameras would project on the opposite side, making an actual

predator character. They could be tied into the stealth light meter, regulating opacity from fully seen to the character

shape nearly invisible, basically their front and back would temporarily look exactly like the terrain. But that would be

way over the top.

The camo slowly changing to match the biome you enter might be partially accepted, especially by PVP players.
