Remove general fog from burnt forrest and wasteland.

The general fog from burnt forrest and wasteland should be removed. It should have the same weather cycle as the other biomes but could have addidtional cool visual effects. I think without the fog much more people would enjoy playing in those biomes.

This is completely subjective. For me, these other biomes should feel different for all aspects and the fog fits these biomes and adds to the atmosphere. I do agree, though, that we should get similar weather patterns, just their own versions.

 

For what it's worth, TFP plan to overhaul weather in a future update and I'm sure some of this will get tweaked at that time.

I hate the fog in those biomes so I never make bases there unless I use mods to remove the fog

Also, if you aren't already aware, the devs made this game easily moddable for a reason. Before long, there will be plenty of mods to tweak the game to your liking. I know of at least 1 mod already for 1.0 that reduces the chance of rain/storms in all biomes and reduces the fog in some cases.

When 1.0 goes stable, I will actually be modding in more fog.  I love the atmosphere that the fog adds to the game.
