Alpha 21 Telrics Horses A21

Here is an updated version of Telrics Horses for A21. It has been added as a zip file or standard folder file which Github automatically zips. This standard folder is primarily for Github Desktop users who make a clone copy.

Telric has kindly allowed me to take Guardianship of Telrics Horses for A21. Telric is simply too busy with other projects at this time, but as with past projects, permission for Guardianship has been extended to the community.

 

 

Here are some features to expect:

- Found in some vehicle loot and at the traders.

- Performance is between a Minibike and Motorcycle.

- Accepts the 'engine' mods.

- Requires 25 'gas' to polish the leather saddle, but will not need anything for a long long time thereafter.

- Accepts 2 passengers.

- Ability to jump over fencing which can be used as a zombie kick/attack feature.

- 6000 HP for durability.

- Maintain with a repair kit. Helps to keep the horse shoes in good condition.

- 6 types of horse color to collect.

- Has an idle, trot, and gallop animation.

 

 

Thank you to Telric for the concept and initial release, Oakraven for fundamental updates in Unity where required, Zilox for the buff feature which remains valid for A21, and Guppy's community for assisting with an buff 'fix' to ensure the animations could function.

 

 

Known Issues:

God Mode will stop the buff working, as it integrates a debuff workaround which cancels it out.

Thank you Eduho. There were some big changes to match A21 setup. There are two ways to fix it, the A20 way or A21 way. I shall test them both for stability.

Please try again. It is an A21 way. There will be some lowering and increasing of sound during change of speed, but that's how all vehicles are.

The animation not working for me. horses look like they just standing when moving. is this normal?

It is not normal. It generally occurs when a player has gone into God mode. God mode puts the players in a 'protected' state and this disables the 'heat' buff that allows the animations to function.
