Can't find last zombie in T5 Clear quest: skyscraper_02

So I have just started to do T5 quests. 

I have done Hospital and Shamway Factory, and they worked fine.

However, it seems it is impossible to clear skyscraper_02

I've tried it 2 times now, both times the quest won't clear, and it shows that a zombie is alive, but he is nowhere to be found (check images to see what I mean)

Version: A20

Mod: Undead Legacy

Map: standard map (Navezgane)

Only thing I can think of is the fact that I have set Maximum Amount of Zombies to: 32

Default is 64, so maybe it doesn't spawn all the zombies it should. If that's the case, that's still a bug, as you should't have quests not working based on some sliders.

If you need any more info, please let me know

EDIT: I also tried to open console and use killall, but it didn't work either

 

First clear. I even destroyed some blocks to see if a zombie was stuck inside the wall

 

Second clear. Same bug, all though it shows in a different position though

I am having this issue after a save migration from a multiplayer game to a server. My only issue is that there is no dot. It says that I need to clear but there is no way to find the zombies. I also swear I saw a zombie vanish right in front of me earlier while driving around before the quest. I've also noticed that when I hit zombies with my 4x4 they don't hit the same way anymore, the vehicle goes through them instead of into and over them. Something is glitched for sure...

Same thing just happened to me again in the T5 Shotgun Messiah. No red dot. I even went into DM and flew through the walls and floors and used the killall command, nothing....

Dunno the problem but I don't think killall works on sleepers.

Could be something with the mod too. Undead Legacy isn't exactly what I would call "stable".
