Maharin Posted November 6, 2020 Share Posted November 6, 2020 And make sure you are ready to commit to completing the quest before you click on the big yellow exclamation point. If you leave the game before the quest is finished the progress will be reset. Not a big deal until you get to Tier 4 quests and higher, but worth noting. Liesel Weppen Posted November 6, 2020 Share Posted November 6, 2020 Not just not quitting the game while the mission is running, but you also have to stay inside (close around) the poi untill the mission goals are fullfilled. If you leave, the mission fails. So no break and resupply at home, if you run out of bandages, amunition or almost starve. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Maharin Posted November 6, 2020 Share Posted November 6, 2020 If you die it is the same as leaving so that will also abort the mission for you. Early on I'd recommend finding a POI near the trader (but not too close) to make your base for quick access to missions.
