Sakurambo Posted February 28, 2020 Share Posted February 28, 2020 tier 1 and 2 hold 1 mod, tier 3 and 4 2 mods, tier 5 3 mods and tier 6 4 mods the logic is that tier 4 have better stats than tier 3 without mods, albeit the random stats sometimes give lower tier better numbers at the moment the last point in every weapon perk is reserved only for better damage, reload time etc Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
