This morning, its gone (I was standing next to it when I logged off). Was there an update on the night of 11/29/2019? PC version. And since there isn't a bug reporting thread that hasn't been closed, I am not going to fill out the LOOOOOOOONNNNNNNGGGGGGGGG bug report form. Hope mentioning it helps.
