Slowpokie
I've tried to do a bit of testing myself on this question, and have come back with inconclusive results. The vanilla game it seems like you'll get a good mix of all the biomes regardless of the county/territory. However, while using a mod, it seems as if the county/territory makes a difference. So, does anyone know if it is suppose to make a difference or not?
Guppycur
It's just the name assigned to the seed; think of it as a folder the saves are stored in, and that every save in the folder will have the same map.
Royal Deluxe
I have generated over 100 Seeds and i saw no relation between map and name. Well short names gave me more often better maps but thats from 100 samples of nearly infinity possible seeds
Slowpokie
I guess I need to start smoking if I thought the county/territory name made a difference then. Thanks guys.
PimpDouglas
I have generated over 100 Seeds and i saw no relation between map and name. How have you done that? You must have a lot of tie on your hands LOL Since Alpha 17 came out it has been taking sooooooo long to get worlds generated. I just finished generating one (in 17.2) that took 2hrs 12minutes to generate. Granted that was a bit of an extreme but they usually have been taking 45min to an hour. It's ridiculous.
