  1. I just patched the Goat meat issue, will be in next patch.
  2. Lol. Yea, the food balance is bad. Pam will do it soon if she has time, otherwise I will do it. It needs fixing before A17, as that will be a big conversion effort, so the A16 version will be around for a while after release.
  3. 1. Less impactful and more for logic consistency: screamers are attracted by the flickering warm light coming from fire, not from cold electrical light, because half of the abandoned buildings are lit electrically. So, adding candles to heat map: yes, insect lights: no. Bug lights spark and flicker and make a loud snap when zapping a bug....so they need a heatmap. I only made it equal to a candle, which isnt much, imo it should be much more but this seemed a good compromise.
  4. 2. Beeswax candles cannot be placed on walls. Can you make them act like torches? 3. Beeswax candles give a *huge* light source. I think 1.5 or 2x torches. Is this intended? (Want to keep balance) They were intended to be high quality table candles, the model isnt for a wallcandle. I was intending the light to equal that of a torch. Maybe I will adjust it down a bit. Questions: 1. For the snowy seasons, will they fill up the rain collectors? If not, snowy seasons makes the rain collectors useless. I hope it does. We would like to freeze most water in the future s until then this would be good.
  5. Don't forget you can wear radiation gloves and boots, that should bring the temp up.
  6. Oh, just wait till the new patch drops ...you will see the value of can food in a new way.

    Ravenhearst Mod

That Parent error happens even in vanilla, and (if I recall correctly) its related to 2 blocks occupying the same space, with one being invisible. It probably doesn't have anything to do with that particular model, it can happen on world gen where terrain decos collide with invisi world blocks. I can be solved by taking a rocket launcher and blowing up the colliding blocks. The bigdecoration radius might need increasing abit, not sure if that might help on spawning. I can look back at the unity model if needed, but I think its fine.
  8. You need to complete Paccos quest to gain access to the game room.
  9. Leave several blocks of space around the underground tower or the survivors will spawn inside the walls and be stuck so you don't see them.
  10. Morte found an issue with the animals which should fix the eating and breeding issues in the next patch.
  11. Nails isnt a recipe, otherwise folks would level the survivor up to easily.
  12. We are discussing lowering the perk requirement for it - - - Updated - - - They let light through, but they block "opensky", which is a requirement for some things, but plants should grow as there is light, assuming water is available.
  13. I just added Dust's spawner menu edits to starvation and they work perfectly. I'll probably add to the official release in the next patch or 2. You can find the edits here: https://7daystodie.com/forums/showthread.php?72249-Bigger-spawn-menu-360-entities&highlight=spawnmenu
  14. Im guessing he was targeting you and the crops were in between? - - - Updated - - - Cant fix the headbox without having the original unity package, which we dont have.
  15. Thanks for testing. I'll reduce the objectives down to 8.
  16. The F6 screen just isnt big enough to fit all the zombies. You can modify it in xml to hold more per screen if you know how to edit the UI xml.
  17. You don't use the old A15 version at all. You install the 7D2D modlauncher then use it to install the Starvation mod. The old A15 starvation launcher is not used.
  18. When does it null ref? Exactly after the final kill?
  19. You only get 6 difficultty levels, but each one is customizable. If you want to play super insane, pick 5 and change insanegamedifficulty bonus to a larger number, like 3.0 or 4.0. You can also increase the days alive bonus, and change the killed bonus to 0
  20. Did you test to confirm that fixes it? If so, i'll add to next patch.
  21. Difficulty is linked to your GameStage. You can increase your gamestage difficulty bonus for your chosen difficulty level, which is in the first line of gamestages.xml. For example, if you are playing on the warrior level, change warriorGameDifficultyBonus="0.6" to warriorGameDifficultyBonus="1.0" or more. You can also add to the bonus for daya alive, and reduce the number that makes it easier after you die. Once you gamestage is greater than 1000, the game starts getting difficult.
  22. Same, i added a valve so i could shut it off without having to remove the full tanks as it seems to just keep running otherwise.
  23. <item id="797" name="Q_FinalExam"> <property name="Extends" value="challengeQuestMaster" /> <property class="Action1"> <property name="QuestGiven" value="FEX" /> </property> <property name="DescriptionKey" value="Q_FinalExamDesc" /> </item> I don't see the problem. Should work.
  24. The square storage box (the paintable one, not the rectangle shaped one) is what you use. It serves for both input and output, and should be close to the workstation (3 blocks close) The fridge can be further away, not exactly sure how far, but more like within 8 blocks. As for the wiki, its always been a low priority, and its worse now that there are not many active members on the starvation team.
