Portal mod not working gives them locked no description or how they unlock in crafting skills I couldn't find it anywhere

Lockable Inventory Slots mod doesn't save locked slots after reentering game is this a bug or is this how the mod works first time trying it. -
I used the mod "Working Decor A21" was the problem that they didn't show up in Workstations and they sat locked when I deleted the mod everything is fine now there must be some overlap between the two mods.

I’m level 68 on Workstations they don’t even show there’s only the chemical station otherwise they show when I type the name but it shows them locked do I have to start a new game or is this a bug?
