dr.toast
So me and my friends had teamed up to explore a17. Over two days we cheerfully battered our way through the game, lost a map to corruption, restarted. Made it to day 8 with 2 hour days... so well over 16 hours successful play together. This morning non of my friends can get past "connecting to server" its a host and play server. 8km Rwg. We all tried validating. re installing. We are all on a17 b199. All other games still work for multiplayer server hosting, dedicated or h&p. Can anyone help us to reconnect?
SylenThunder
Would need a log from both sides to be certain, but have had this happen randomly for people with my servers that have EAC enabled.
dr.toast
We will test thanks.

dr.toast
Correction fixed for one player. Second player untested. Third player having the same error as before with and without EAC enabled.

Jugginator
Sort of on topic, although I havent had one of these issues, my friend's game has a 50/50 shot of showing, and usually a steam invite requires me to go offline then back online for it to show, perhaps there's an issue with steam too *shrug* Also, I noticed my discovered map has a random chance to reset, too. Me as client

Me as client The discovered map resetting on dedicated servers you connect to randomly happened in a16 also. As for their server not showing, have them make sure SteamNetworking isn't disabled in the disabled network protocols.
