Yes & No, Yes & it shouldnt error, But IDs will update so there is a chance given the vast amount of things added that your inventory items will get shifted around.. Only way to know is to test it after backing up your game, I wouldnt suggest doing it though as a fresh game will spawn all the correct blocks were as adding it may not...
