Problem with launching the game

I have over 1500 hours of game play on steam since the early alpha versions never had a problem launching until now.
On startup the game crashes when loading block textures 

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz 3.19 GHz
Ram 64GB
GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
SSD ADATA SX8200NP 250GB - system
SSD SAMSUNG 850 EVO 500GB - Games
HDD 2 TB

The game was reinstalled
The graphics card has the latest drivers
With Launch without AntiCheat (EAC) disabled, it doesn't work either 
Launching with administrative rights doesn't help either 

I also get a message (  7 Days To Die – Unity 2021.3.19f1_c9714fde33b6 )

Based on the severe number of connection failures you have there, either you didn't exclude the client from security software and that is blocking it, or you have some really bad DNS routing.

Running on a 2 year old version of Win 11 insider preview may be a factor.

The problem turned out to be MAMP - an environment for creating and testing websites
