Windows Dedicated Server not launching

I'm trying to get a dedicated server up and running and it simply will not launch. I will include the full crash log below but I have done the following:

 

Got the most up to date version from Steam CMD

Used Notepad++ to open and edit the Server Setting file (but only changed the game name, all other settings are vanilla)

I downloaded and installed visual C++ redistributable 2015-2022

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

A player profile or the players.xml is corrupted. Delete those and verify files, then try again.

I don't see a players.xml file. Where would that be located?

 

Edit: Nevermind, found it in the roaming data folder

This worked, but now I am unable to join the server.

 

Starting another topic to try and tackle this issue.
