Old Crow Posted July 6, 2023 Share Posted July 6, 2023 I've gotten this building twice as a clear/infestation quest and have been unable to complete it both times. There's a room in the basement with a non-working switch, so the only way to open the door is with a pickaxe or an auger. Upon opening, there's a red dot on the compass signifying that a zombie is supposed to be inside but.. no zombie. Dug up the floor, dug into the wall - nothing. suneyedset Posted September 24, 2023 Share Posted September 24, 2023 The obvious fix, in my opinion, would be to make the switches used by devs in poi designs unbreakable, and to allow console commands that trigger quest events, like most games with quests have available. The unbreakable part doesn't matter, if the switch is destroyed it triggers what it is supposed to trigger, but we got an overhaul pretty much how they work with the game save and whatnot, speaking in a very general manner (which is also why it's taking some time, small bandaids weren't cutting it).
