Why can't I and my friends get in any vehicle?

No matter how hard I try with different combos of mods, I can't get in a vehicle. Them something really weird happens, when I get too far from the vehicle I'll fall through the world.

Falling through the world and being unable to enter vehicles (likely also unable to open containers) is caused by a desync with the server/host or some other connection problem with the server/host.  Your logs seem to be server logs.  Client logs would likely give better info.
