Precise instructions are in the pinned topics at the top of the Support forum. That being said, off the top of my head, you might try and create an exclusion in your antivirus software for the game folder and the saves folder. Star69 Posted June 18, 2022 Share Posted June 18, 2022 I don’t see any other issues so I hope the exclusion in your antivirus works. Something is blocking the connection to Epic Online Services and in other players with the same issue it turned out to be either the antivirus or other software that attempts to optimize your network.
