IndustryStandard
Screenshot shows this best. I am attempting to update to the recent update, for whatever reason SteamCMD is hellbent on creating a new folder instead of just updating the god damn server. I open SteamCMD force_install_dir C:\steamcmd2\steamapps\common\7 Days to Die Dedicated Server login anonymous app_update 294420 For some stupid reason, it creates a folder named 7 and starts fresh. So I thought, Oh, maybe having underscores represent spaces so I did force_install_dir C:\steamcmd2\steamapps\common\7_Days_to_Die_Dedicated_Server and it just created another new folder with the underscores. Can someone please assist me so I can stop dealing with this tonight? I was able to update from A20 to A20.1 doing this somehow. IndustryStandard
That seemed to work, the 7 Days to Die dedicated server wiki really needs a section on updating.
