Who has seen the exploding hammer ritual during the celebration of San Juanito In San Juan de la Vega, Mexico

They attach small charges to their Sledgehammers and strike them on the ground causing explosions at the impact site.  I think this would be an awesome mod for sledges for breaking and entering building.
