In garbage you find 2 xductape lockpick and scrap brass/brass smelting items/dorknob/trophy... Or if you find trophy there is a chance to find 2 another in same container or Item related to Brass. Been thinking if I should wait to use it as I still need lots of things besides brass right now and don't want them knocked out of the loot, but perhaps there's no need for me to worry. I still get normal loot with it, it's just extra bonus. Definitely read it asap, there will never been a time where you have too much brass! Unless you're playing on very low bm spawning.
