A trap block that does not damage the zombies but slows them down.

So right now to slow down the zombies, we use a barbed wire exploit. the thing about it, is that there are a lot of incidents where we would rather have slow zombies that take no damage, vs doing damage to the zombies.


so i propose a "slow block" or a "slow trap" that slows down the entities that walk on it, but does not take damage unless hit by an entity or exploded.
