  1. Hi Zombie Junkies I've been on the quest for a thrilling and balanced server in 7 Days to Die, and like many of you, I've encountered my fair share of random, laggy, and often inaccessible servers. The struggle is real! Today, I want to share my thoughts on how we can collectively create a more vibrant and enjoyable PvP/PvE experience in 7 Days to Die. Let's turn those slow servers into a thing of the past! Official Region-Specific Servers: servers crafted and maintained directly by the 7 Days to Die team, designed to cater to specific regions. This could be the solution to our lag and language barrier woes. An investment in official servers could ensure smoother gameplay, eradicate bugs, and offer a consistent and optimized experience for everyone. Balanced PvP/PvE Settings: 1. Biome-Specific Zones: a. Imagine a server where the Pine Forest biome becomes a sanctuary of peace—a PvE haven. In this zone, players cannot engage in combat, loot others, or damage claimed structures. It's a place for survivors to collaborate without the fear of betrayal. b. Transitioning to the Desert Biome, designated as a Yellow Zone. PvP is optional, activated by players, only PvP players can attack each other, but with a unique twist. PvP can only be disabled after 12 in-game hours (equivalent to 30 minutes in real-time). This ensures a dynamic blend of PvE and PvP interactions. c. Moving to the Snow Biome, a Red Zone emerges. PvP is enabled for everyone, but fear not, your loot can not be looted by others. Structures inside Land Claim areas are vulnerable, adding an extra layer of challenge. Land Claim blocks can be strategically placed every 7 in-game days and the radius is 5², the more you build the bigger it gets, discouraging spamming. d. The Wasteland mirrors the Snow Biome rules, with a significant twist. Here, death comes with consequences—losing your loot. Building near other Land Claim blocks is permitted, but not inside them. Beds can be placed anywhere, but you can only spawn on them for once before they get destroyed . 2. PvP Buffs and Protections: - To mitigate edge camping and create a fair playing field, survivors entering a new biome receive a temporary buff, aptly named "Get Back or Regret." This buff provides PvP protection, allowing players to navigate the borders without fear of immediate attack. However, engaging in combat is restricted until the buff wears off.
  2. am new to forums but I have a question for you guys: why cant I use my 1-5 tool belt while running and if there is a way to change the shortcut because I look up all the ingame settings but couldn't find anything about the ''shift 1-5 tool belt'' I don't wanna go to my 11-15 slot while fighting a zombie or while running to change to my buildings blocks. if I did anything not related or against the forums I apologize
