Dardekkis

I'm playing one of the pregenerated Darkness Falls maps in multiplayer and have been unable to find any titanium. The ore doesn't appear to spawn in the Wasteland, I don't see any titanium on traders and even titanium trophies aren't dropping. Does anyone know what could cause this?

Sorry if this is an obvious question but I couldn't find an answer after searching the thread. I'm trying to buy the Workbenches perk but it is grayed out. Which requirement do I need to achieve in order for it to become available?

Loot on the pirate ship is way too abundant and the ship itself should spawn less frequently than it does, in water biomes if possible. It's strange to come across ships the size of Noah's Ark in the middle of the wasteland.

Scrap recipes/skill books for knowledge points, scrap wood for sticks.
