  1. Using the World Editor will not update the save game correctly without doing chunk resets everywhere a change was made. It is always best to start a new game for the changes to take effect properly.

I'm confused as to why you had to paste the seed into the editor. The world should have been in the list ready to edit.

I would agree that the World Editor needs an overhaul to make things like not possible. Hope to see some changes in a future alpha.

  2. Yes. The electric system is in need of an overhaul for various issues such as this and a much needed optimization pass as well. Look for this in a future update.

While testing your setup, I've found that placing a switch between the timer relay and the battery bank and another switch between the battery bank and the load will help calculate the addition of new load items added to the system as well as the update of the timer relay. Keeping both switches on also acts as an indicator to when the timer relay is on or off. Hope this helps as a temporary solution.

As far as the output log is concerned, it is crucial to troubleshooting. There are countless user options and hardware configurations that would be nearly impossible to work through without it. Thank you for taking the steps necessary to comply with that requirement. Your feedback has been echoed by several others and we will look for another solution in the future.

  3. I would recommend using the clean up tools in the game launcher to remove any player profiles that may be corrupted.
You can start the 7dLauncher.exe from the game folder:
Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\7 Days To Die
or by right clicking on the game in the Steam Library>Properties>General and select "Show game launcher" from the drop down within the launch options section.

Let us know if this helps!
