  1. Yes, it does use very slightly modified transmorgrifier. The changes are lighters, and spread less.. But there is scaling in starvation mod modified version.

  4. It's fun, it slows them down, and they take no damage on action... In my opinion it's the blade traps that are op, even if they eventually break

  9. Well, I would have to disagree with you too... I know big backpack is very popular amongst the usual player, but, and I have already said this quite a few times, that a bigger backpack destroys the need for things like the donkey or helper survivors... Which were initially the all point of the mod... We did get sidetracked from this goal, so what we did admit doing was increasing backpack slightly ESPECIALLY if we can make it craftable or locked behind some skill set. Some of the team members would also like to see this, so it IS on our wish list... But clearly not as a urgent priority, considering the complexity. As a personal note I do LOVE having to make decisions on the run... Do take this or that? Oh wait, I have no health and 10 zombies on my ass, what do I do??? AAAAAH!!!!
  10. It's an automated tool. It works through parsing since adding that to ALL previously existing items would be a terribly boring job for a hobby. Since trap nail can be made both by weapon smith (smith) and on player inv, the parser tool probably confused "smith" station with "smith hammer"... More of those might happen.. If we have the time and people report them, we'll have to fix them manually.

Stress Resistence skill has now a chance of slowly raising when a sanity hit occurs. It should be a residual, but if you stress yourself enough, should be noticeable. Please report and comment on this. Thank you. For people playing on official servers, updates are being applied in the meanwhile.
  12. You can issue it orders with the whistle... They keypad numbers for each action in in the whistle description... The dummies just provide a "safe training object" Remember that pets are capped to 30 skill points, so choose the area well. Also remember you can go over 30 by breeding (pups should inherit a combination of both parents skills).
  13. We'll discuss a review... Keep in mind that it's a quite "OP" skill, since each level grants you a increasing passive sanity recovery buff... So, I definitely don't want players cruising though the levels, especially considering how easy it is already to recover sanity.

  15. Working on workstations is just like that (just as with skill, as far as i know). They only give credit if the player is present. Unfortunately, for some things (like blocks), we do need to use craft because nothing else seems to work properly. We maybe missing an alternative.   19. Starvation replaces some dlls with the modified ones. Modified ones were compiled over 16.3. So it will always be basically A16.3, with some possibility of something breaking with mismatching files
  20. It is what it is... It's made of scraped material, don't have high hopes to see it changed... As for the rain, much depends on your biome and ... luck? But you can take a look at biomes.xml and tweak to your liking... if you can.
  21. For what we've been told it happens in vanilla too... You have a zombie that got "stuck" before he reaches you, as far as we know. EDIT: we will still look at those reported "slow runners", see if that actually increases the chances of that occuring
  22. To place lathe (it's on lathe description): craft a "failure relay" and place it down. Place the lathe next to the failure relay. Connect electrical wire to the failure relay If there is power (generator on), its display should light up (of the failure relay). You can now use the lathe.
  23. We always try to avoid it. If we don't a big warning will be issued... Yes, you can disable updates (uncheck "automatically refresh mods")
