Crash on loading

Hello,

This bug report is created for my friend, who doesn't know English so my responds might be delayed, because I have to consult her.

The problem relates to PC, 32-bit version. It has happened right in 1st try - after trying either solo and multiplayer game it crashes in loading screen. There is an error (or rather information) 26179901_1418231894954558_769961012_o.jpg.306da52e525d18537991538849b20308.jpg

I have her setup from DXDIAG (written in Polish), which I can re-write to English if it is necessary:

I know it's too little to play game with 60 fps, but we want to try if it will work out for us to play together ;)

And of course report packed to .rar archive

https://nofile.io/f/NJcf3tsY4gA/2017-12-29_115530.rar

I couldn't upload it there so I have used external site. Archive contains crash dump and error log.

Greetings,

Artur

What's on screens

It seems my worries weren't baseless - screens are unreadable.

Here is what is on error pop-up:

The game crashed.

The crash report folder named "2017-12-29_115530" next to game executable.

It would be great if you'd send it to the developer of the game!

System page in dxdiag:

Windows 7 Professional 32-bit (6.1, compilation 7601)

Dell Inc.

Latitude E6510

Default System BIOS

Intel® Core i5 CPU M 560 @ 2.67GHz (4 CPUs), 2.7GHz

4096MB RAM

DirectX 11

Screen page in dxdiag:

NVIDIA NVS 3100M

Integrated RAMDAC

Memory: 1869MB

1600 x 900 (32bit) (60Hz)

Min spec is 6GB RAM. That laptop only has 4GB. Your friend may be able to run an earlier build like a14 or possibly a15 in 32-bit mode with only 4GB RAM, but getting a16 to function is not probable.

I can't check the error log right at this moment, but I will within the next couple of hours. My guess is that it will say there is no free RAM available, and that caused the client to crash.
