Prevent Trash Spawns on my POI

So I've made a few POIs, and I'm curious how I keep random trash piles, gore spots, etc from spawning on the ground of my POI.

This is happening with asphalt and grass areas.

There is a line in the xml that says allowtopsoildecorations. Set that or make sure it is false.

It was the first line I checked, and it is false

Oh, interesting that AllowTopSoilDecorations had no effect.

 

Other than that, I think you're stuck with the Decorations configuration putting that stuff in place when it comes to terrain blocks. That's not a well researched thought, so don't take it as gospel.
