Can't connect with my friends, logs open

Hello, i've been searching for 2 days a solution but don't find anything. When i'm connecting to the server, when it's time for ''creation of the player'' the log open un the top of the screen and the game will never charge but the log continue to work. I've try to clean the game on steam and to download it again that didn't work, and I descover that I can't go in option and see my profil player, the log appear again. I can't even play alone, the same thing happen. Later i've clean all the game with the game luncher and now I can see my player profil and play alone or on public server, but with the server of my friend that's still impossible. Your profile on your friend's game is corrupted. They will have to delete your profile. It's in the "Player" folder

in their save game folder.  Delete the three EOS files that correspond to your user name found in the players.xml file.
