Hello!

So we are playing on a dedicated server with 5 ppl in total. For 4 of us everything is fine. The fifth has a problem. After an irregular period of time (sometimes 20 minutes, sometimes 40 min, 5 min etc.) his character gets stuck on a position and stays in his walking animation. He doesn't notice it, because he can walk and hit everything on his client. He only notices it when he tries to open chests or loot things, because he can't. Restarting fixes the issue, until it happens again.

We are playing on Alpha 20.6 and with the SMXHUD Mod.

What we tried:

- Restarting the server several times

- Restarting the server without the HUD Mod and reinstalling his client without this mod.

- Adding an exception to his AntiVirus application (Windows Defender)

- Completely disabling Windows Defender

- Looking at the log files of Server and Client to find occuring errors

- Swapping from Vulcan API to Directx 11 (Because Stack Trace of a crash log threw errors)

- Activated port forwarding in his modem

I'll link a pastebin to the server and client log. Maybe someone knows how to fix it. :)

To better navigate through the logs, his name is "Herr Getrappel" .

He is definitely having internet connection issues based on how it’s acting and the log states a failed connection to the server. You added an exclusion to Windows Defender so that isn’t the issue. Is he running any kind of network optimizing software similar to Asus Game First? That can give problems. I am not familiar with the mods he is running but are they the same mods that are running on the server? Lastly, have him run a tracert from his computer to the server and see if anything shows up there.
