Instant disconnection from any and every multiplayer session that I join.

Hello all, before continuing, I'd like to say that so far I've tried: checking network type(Open), hard resetting, deleting saved data(and reserved space), reinstalling, and factory resetting. None of that has worked. That said, my issue is that whenever I try to join a multiplayer session, the game will say "Waiting for server" until immediately disconnecting me with "Disconnected from server, Please try again later". I've tried hosting, but anyone that joins me experiences horrendous lag and disconnects every few minutes. I know it's tempting to say that the problem lies with my internet, but if that were the case, then I would have the same issues if I tried to join with the cloud (I don't). Note: I believe that the problem is somehow linked to my console itself because I can join people no problem IF I play the game on the cloud (cloud gaming is too laggy to be feasible though).
