I keep getting this error since I installed it a few days ago. I can usually play for 30seconds-5minutes before I crash. I'm using the latest game version 20.4 and the latest graphic drivers from NVidia GeForce experience. I haven't had any issues in other games I play Path of Exile, Project Zomboid, and Lost Ark.

Things I have tried:

  • reinstalling Windows
  • reinstalling graphics drivers using DDU
  • reseating RAM
  • running memtest86x ~18hours (no errors)
  • verifying/reinstalling the game

System Specs:

Windows 10

GeForce GTX 1060 6gb

16GB Ram

I recently got this error too, I just bought the game only four days ago and have done nothing to change the game. Just opened it one day and poof I get "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005). Click OK to close the application."
