No Linux EAC (though all appears to be there/utilized during initialization of game)?

Never had it enabled prior, but attempted to so I could help some peeps w/ their 20.4 update issue(s).

Launcher appears to use EAC, as expected:

     .../7 Days To Die/7DaysToDie_EAC -force-glcore -logfile <blah, blah>

But, once game is loaded, I immediately get (and in-game pop-up stating EAC isn't available):

2022-04-26T12:19:28 12.526 ERR [EOS] [LogEOSAntiCheat - Error] [AntiCheatClient] Client Violation with Type: 1 Message: Easy Anti-Cheat Hash Catalogue not found

Full refresh (uninstall\re-install, validated via Steam 3x).  No love

Thoughts?

I couldn't reproduce that on my Linux machine.

Try verifying files a couple times maybe?

I was able to connect to an EAC enabled server during the session from the output log.

I verified a few times, no difference.  Even blew the client away & pulled down fresh == no change.  Verified a few times after (just to CYA), no dice.

I mean, it's not a deal breaker, but def. 'odd', IMO.

Did you happen to open anything on your FW?  Route added??  Guess, course, that doesn't answer how/why it can't supposedly find the files on the box...

FML:  It doesn't like the path (either the '[]' I use, or how it's mounted, or ...)

For S* & giggles, I dumped the 7D2D folder to my desktop & executed the launcher.  Verified 'Use EAC' checked & RUN

Not one message in the UI nor problem noted in the log *facepalm*
