Vehicle Forward/Reverse not mapped for controllers

Bug report form:

Summary: All keybinds had been reset upon launching my 19.1 Stable client.  For the first time, controller key maps don't exist for Vehicle Forward & Reverse.  On a vehicle, cannot move with left stick.  In Controller Settings, forward/back on left stick are shown as --UNUSED--.   There is no option to change binds for controllers as they're in the Registry and incomprehensible.

Bug Description: As of 19.1, controller key maps don't exist for Vehicle Forward & Reverse.  On a vehicle, cannot move with left stick.  In Controller Settings, forward/back on left stick are shown as --UNUSED--.  I'm using a DS4, but the Controller Settings display the same for PS or XBOX controllers.

 

Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:

 

1) Mount a vehicle using controller 

2) Press forward/back on left stick.

3) Open Controls, navigate to Controller Binds,

4) Click right option to change to Vehicle controls

5) Press Defaults on keybind menu.

6) Repeat 1-4.

7) Manually change controller binds.

 

Actual result:

#2: Vehicle will not move. 

#4: Controller binds will say --UNUSED-- for Left Stick Vehicle controls.

#6: No change.

#7: No option to change controller binds

 

Expected result:

#2: Vehicle moves as usual.

#4: Controller binds say "Forward" & "Reverse" for Left Stick Vehicle controls.

#6: N/A; these were the default binds because 19.1 reset them all.

#7: Option to change controller binds in case of issues.

Oh good lord.  Yes, your video shows that they really made that weird. So now we have to use the triggers for forward/reverse, not up/down on the left stick. Ick. But I guess I'll survive.  My hack was re-mapping some keys on my controller to W/S, which of course made their original function disappear.
