Limdood Posted November 16, 2019 Share Posted November 16, 2019 I've only ever found solar banks and solar cells at 5/5 better barter....and the experience is incredibly consistent. With less than 5/5 better barter, no solar banks or solar cells ANYWHERE. With 5/5 better barter, every trader at every restock period has 1 solar cell (of varying quality) and 1 solar bank (which is still over 40k dukes with 5/5 and a cigar) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
