So you need to add adminKey to a tool under allowed_upgrade_items. Using the wrench as an example... <property name="Allowed_upgrade_items" value="resourceWood,resourceClayLump,resourceSnowBall,resourceScrapIron,resourceForgedIron,resourceForgedSteel,resourceConcreteMix,resourceCobblestones,resourceYuccaFibers"/> You add adminKey to that.
