Ah maybe I misread your post. Yes anyone in the profession with any money would defiantly have a power hammer, a hydrolytic press, a bandsaw, a tubing bender. metal lathe, maybe a Bridgeport or two. but even they usually still have an anvil or sometimes 5...lol and then you have your average blue collar worker that kind of equipment is just not in the budget and an anvil just makes sense.

is it strange to own an anvil? I am not a metal worker but sometimes you need to bend a bracket and the vice or bench do not suffice for a surface for my 10 lb sledge to swing at.

i agree with you, to be honest i gave up having a garden in real life bending over to pull weeds tilling the ground every year the location sucks so my plants are in buckets in a rack now, the planters in 7d2d make perfect sense to me especially if you have a roof garden lol

i am happy to not have to deal with empty glass bottles anymore. actually i always thought they should have a large percentage to crack or break anyway.

There is allot of wisdom in this statement. I have modified several files in the game and felt how empty it can be when you change the balance. There is a rhyme and reason to what TFP are doing. Its a shame some get so heated over a project they aren't directly involved in. That being said its awesome that we are able to adjust, mod and change the game to have that tailor made experience you really cant get anywhere else.

lol yeah it would be entertaining unless they use the weapon you had equipped. just imagine running up on your walking corps and its firing back with your M60 or throwing molotoves 😛 and if it had your armor? er well i suppose im usually wearing crap i might be ok

I never played these earlier alphas but it all sounds familiar to me. was any of that in the stalker franchise or similar to it? or maybe in alpha 15-17? either way i see what your saying it fits fairly well. the creepy whispering is still there. its made me jump recently lol

is there any chance work stations like the forge or campfire might ever be changed so they auto turn off when they are done cooking?

To be honest I'm glad we don't have to fight skeletons... Arrows and bullets have a good chance of going right through them lol.
